Suggest Treatment For Wheezing And Shortness Of Breath

I m told I have upper respiratory problem since 12/14. I am still wheezing and short of breath. Wheezing is worst when I lay back or lay down in bed. What can I take to help. Sudafed did not help nor the antibiotics they gave me in December/January for pneuomia. I have a-fib condition and take coumadin.
