Suggest Treatment For White Blisters In Penis

i have white blisters kind of thing on the lower part of my penis bud....i noticed this recently..........i had safe sex with a call girl an year before, is this the result of that....? it doesn't have any pain or irritation kind of feeling either.....i am really very much disturbed by this......please suggest me on this issue......
