Suggest Treatment For White Bumps On Left Ear

I have 4 white bumps on the top of my outer left ear and 2 white bumps on the top of my right outer ear. I have these bumps for years, how can I remove them? They're half pea-sized and are hard white lumps. I would like to get rid of them, please help me
