Suggest Treatment For White Bumps On Penis

Hi i am 34 i am having problem of white pimples around my penis under skin when i wrap my skin can see white pimples i have shown to docotr in 2003 in Ambedkar college and medical hosipatal there doctor said it is normal skin problem it will get rid off automatically but it not happened

so please suggest me any good medicine or some good doctor in gurgaon delhi



my health is normal i have no problem in my boday except this as on today
