Suggest Treatment For White Bumps On The Penis

i have white bumps on the backside of my penis they dont hurt but whe n i spread the skin away from the bump or squeeze a white smelly thick substance comes out but not out of all of them theres about 20 and about half are just flat and are blending in ,maybe going away im not sure
