Suggest Treatment For White Circles Around Eyes

I'm a 32 year old female and have white circles around my eyes (the skin) and was wondering how I get rid of them. I'm worried they may be permanent and have read articles that they can be caused by use of sunbeds. I used to use sunbeds a few years ago.
