Suggest Treatment For White Discharge From Breast After Completing Periods

Hi Sir/Mam, I am a 30 year old marrid female. SInce past 2 days i m feeling severe pain in my breasts specially while something touches there.. also I can see white discharge from both breast. I am sure I am not expecting as I just finished my periods. Please could you suggest how serious it could be and do I need to visit a doctor or is it just normal.
