Suggest Treatment For White Discharge

Hi, I have very low hemoglobin level of 7 points. I always feel giddiness and tried. I am 32 years old and about 58 Kgs weight. I have two kids by Cesarean. Pls inform me abt my diet. I have white discharge, inform me to prevent from it. I have heavy hair fall too.
