Suggest Treatment For White Discharge

hi, my names nayely today i discovered that i have white tissue in my urinal. i tried takeing it off and most of it did came off... the "white stuff" is smelly and i been hving like a rash for like a week, sometimes my peed smells kinda weird... in really acared and if someone could please tell me what it could be i would really appreciate it... thank you...
