Suggest Treatment For White Headed Pimple On Genital Area

Hi, i have a small white-headed pimple on my genital area...i came this morning, & it was a little sore. I just popped it & a little white puss came out then a little blood. I am sexually active, and only have been with one person & he has only been with me.but its been a week & a half since ive had sex & i havent recently shaved. what could this be?
