Suggest Treatment For White Itchy Bumps On Palms

I have tiny white lumps under the skin of the palm of my left hand, they are extremely itchy and seems they are spreading over my body especially the stomach and thighs. I have been living and working in China for the past 4 years and they seem to come and go with the hot weather.... I believe they are heat activated, and they are extremely itchy and are turning into sores after i scratch them uncontrollably during sleep
