Suggest Treatment For White Marks On Toes

very cool and thanks.... some of my toes have a white mark on them my left foot third toe with white mark on nail near top feels pinched all the time. I have this white mark on 4 of my toes this is very new to me and I can really feel the pinch yet I see nothing except this white marking... help thanks again
