Suggest Treatment For White Palate Mouth Infection

I am a 55 years old femal my hight is 165 m my whight is 60 k.g I have a helthy life still ,but three months ago after I visit a dentist I got white palet mouth infaction on my uper mouth now it is scrubed I had pain and I used untibaotics but doesn t halp me what would I do ?
