Suggest Treatment For White Patches Around Eyes While Having Vitiligo

hi sir ,im suffering fromvitiligo from 6 years .i have white pathes around my eyes.im using homeo sinc 6 months ,nw patches instead of repigmenting aggrevated .could u pls suggest the appropriate medication .even my diet contains no citrus fruits and sour food.b
