Suggest Treatment For White Patches On Ear & Lips

Hi Dr, i have white patches on my body, ears and lips for past 5 yrs. i have consulted many Dr's and taken many medicine like livogen, Decadan-0.5 mg and melgain lotion. But its not reducing. Am 25 yrs old and my marriage is getting stopped because of this. Height - 5.2, weight - 45. Please tell me how this white patches will reduce.
