Suggest Treatment For White Patches On The Eye Lids

Hi Doctor, last four years i am facing the problem for white patches in the eye lids, its appear in downside of my left eye and right eye up and down very small portion. Firstly i went dermatology they tested and found variation of the thyroid hormones. So Doctor gave 50mcg Thyronom from 2009 onwards (now i am taking 75mcg thyronom) For the white patches they gave medicines for intake and cream for apply outside also. But not cure after that i took Ayurvedic and Unani from unani research center of India. Now also the white patches not increased but not reduced also. Now a days i am applying some coconut oil no other medicine. Is there any solution please.
