Suggest Treatment For White Patches On The Penis

Hi
I'm 19 and have what appears to be vitiligo on my penis. It covers most of the under side of my penis and some of the testicles. I also have a few patches on the top side near my foreskin and it seems to be spreading. How can this be treated?
