Hi doctor i am a 15 year old .am having these white pimple on the rim of my helmet .i've been having them for abwt 2 nd a high years .am still a virgin .am afraid 2 tell my parents or go 2 a doctor and they are not sore i dont feel any pain .is it cureble or any treatment for it?is it a sti?am starting to be afraid
