Suggest Treatment For White Spot In Cheek And Throat

Hi I am. Having several issues that are worrying me very much. I had a dental checkup abt a month ago and my dentist found a white spot in my cheek. My husband is in Afghanistan and was hom on leave abt 5 weeks ago. I swore I was pregnant after his leave but had my period 18 days ago. Well I have had sore breasts and still felt odd and started my cycle again yesterday. Only 18 days into my cycle. Alsop I am supposed to get a biopsey on my cheek spot today and I looked into the mirror to be sure it was still there and it is and I have new spots in my throat. I did take a pregnancy urine test at home yesterday and it was negative. I am confused as to what's going on with my body and scared what if I have cancer. I was a smoker for abt 17 years. I am 33. I quit smoking 19 days ago cold turkey due to my worries.
