Suggest Treatment For White Spots And Numb Skin On Body

Hello I have been seeing several doctors about some very severe issues to me. I have small white spots all over my body. They feel like pins all over me. The past 3 days my skin is numb. The doctors have done a lot of test but I am not getting answers and feel worse than ever. I have so much I can tell you it started 3 years ago but over the past several weeks it has really hit me hard.
