Suggest Treatment For White Spots On The Penis

i noticed some white spots apppeared on the tip of my penis (near the eye) a few months back. Since then my foreskin has gotten very tight and the white now appears like a ring on my foreskin...I havent seen a doctor yet but am getting worried...what could this be
