Suggest Treatment For Whitehead Spots On Back And Chest

I have the appearance of tiny whiteheaded spots on my back and chest and stomach. They are not itchy nor do they cause any discomfort, however they appeared rapidly over the last two to three days. what could this be and how do i treat it?
I am 28, 5ft 6" and approx 8 stone.
