Suggest Treatment For Withdrawal Side Effects Of Seroquel And Paxil

i have been on seroquel and paxil as well as a mood stabilizer for a year. i recently lost my job as well as my insurance. i have not had none in 2 weeks. i am having some sort of withdrawal. what can i do until i get my situation figured out? i am very irritable. i have been on them before for years and was weened off by my doctor. i replaced it with alcohol eventually and cant do that again. since i am not working i am on a shoestring budget..thanks anyway.
