Suggest Treatment For Worsening Pain In The Groin Area And Testicle After Non-penetrative Frottage

Hi! i am an 20 year old male with annoying dull ache in my groin as well as the string thats connected to one of my testicles. I am not sexually active, but this started when me and a girl were making out and she sat on top of my lower area for a while. I was wondering if there is anything i should do about this discomfort, or if anyone can tell me what it is. It has gotten worse over the last few days and now i cant laugh or cough without feeling a tiny sharp pain in my groin.
