Suggest Treatment For Wound And Water Blister After Injury

I have applied the mixture of coconut oil and napthelene on the wound which have occured by falling from the bike on the road,after getting treatment from the doctor, while the wound is being rectifying, I have applied this mixture due to keep away flies.now water blisters have formed, I have applied burnol ointment for them. Kindly Please give me your comments and suggestions,I will be very thankfull to you Sir.
