Suggest Treatment For Wound On Penis

I have a minor wound on my penis, under the foreskin. It came as a result from a scratch as i was washing it while taking a bath. I have used various antibiotics but nothing seems to work. It is over a month now. How can I treat it? I am 39, height 5ft 2', weight 88kg, no medical history.
