Suggest Treatment For Wrinkled Penis Skin

Hey. I'm looking for some help because i'm kind of worried with my penis condition. when i was young my penis gland was soft and shinny but with the passing time it became really wrinkled and cracked. it doesnt hurt but i think i kind of lost some sensibility. i would say this seems to be a problem for circumcized men since they get keratinized as far as i know but i am not circumcized! any help please?
