Suggest Treatment For Wrinkles On The Face And Hair Loss Problem

hi doctor im 21 yrs male of height 5.6' and wt.72 kgs. my skin gets dry all the time and severly drough in winter. when i went to my doctor he only suggested me to use lotions but i want to change the oilyness of my skin. is it possible? due to dry skin wrinkles are starting to arise in my face. also my hair is becoming white and getting loss, i thought it is because of that dryness in my skin, is it true?

all i wanted to know from u is how can i get smoother and oilier skin without harmful chemicals. hopping for your kind reply...
