Suggest Treatment For Wrinkles On The Retina

Hello, Apx. a year and a half ago, I had a cataract lens replaced. Apx. 6 months ago I was told I now have a wrinkle on my retina. My vision in that eye has decreased, some blur, and vertical lines have a bend or dip right to left about midway on the vertical line. If there is a treatment / cure, what type doctor should I seek out, and should they possess any special training or skills? I live in Jacksonville, Fl. if you have someone you can suggest.
