Suggest Treatment For Yeast Infection After Treating Amputated Finger

I have a yeast infection after being on antibiotic from amputation of finger. Complicating matters, I have an ileostomy since march, 1983. I have yeast under my appliance, very uncomfortable! The vaginal yeast is gone, I presume because due to systemic scleraderma, complicated by C R E S T syndrome I have no feeling down there and must self cath. I am on a second pill of fluconazole, 150 dose. How many times should I be getting refills? (Ps, I am extremely careful when going to bathroom. I use gloves so to try to prevent spreading and protecting the open wound from surgery). Thank you
