Suggest Treatment For Yeast Infection

I've been dealing with yeast infection for about seven months. I've been prescribed a dose of diflucan a few times now. It seems that every month, after my period I have another yeast infection. This all started after I was diagnosed with hsv 1. How do I stop this cycle of infections? I have an infection at the moment, I need help.
