Suggest Treatment For Yeast Skin Infection With Papules And Black Dots Spreading Onto The Toes?

I have been struggling with drop foot since 2019. I developed pressure wounds on large toe at least that’s what Dr advised. I’ve been keeping all weight off of foot for 6 weeks. The wounds continued developing. White skins papukes with a black dot in center. They spread from L big toe to 3 others. The nails on big toe and next have been removed from papules. I believe it is a yeast skin infection since it’s spread and not pressure sores. I’ve tried several fungal creams. Yesterday I tried miconazole nitrate 2%. It seems better..any advise?
