Suggest Treatment For Yellow Discharge From Ear And Headaches

Hi...I have two holes in my ear that resembles that of a piercing. I was born with them and it wasn't until recently (last year or so) that I have experienced the infection of the hole in my right ear (the left one hardly ever gives me trouble). The hole itches and releases a clear to yellowish liquid that smells. My jaw has been goingin and out of place and I am getting headaches. Are there any home remedies to treat the infection and ease my pain until I am able to see a Doctor?!?! Please help!!!
