Suggest Treatment For Yellow Fluid Discharge After Injury To Toe

Hello and thank you for your time. The problem is I fractured my big toe a while ago and after the period which it should have healed it feels crooked. I have to pop it back in place everyday, but now its leaking yellow fluid from where my toe nail meets my skin. Is this dangerous? What could this be?
