Suggest Treatment Forabdominal Pain, Sore Throat And Headaches

hello my 11 year old daughter has recently suffered with glandular fever although she is now post infection she is still unwell. She is off school as she is quite tired and worn out, still has head ache and sopre throat. My main concern is that she has been suffering with abdominal pain for some time.
