Suggest Treatment Fro Elevated BP And Migraine

Hi I am writing for my husband. He is 35 and has hypertention. he has had it for 8 years. and he also has migrains. He has just had the worst migrain ever and his blood pressure is high and will not go down. 145/90 pulse 90 He also has been very angry and irratable lately. What do you think the problem is and why won't his pressure go down? It has been this high or higher for three days now and he has taken three different medicans. I would appreciate any help. thanks
