Suggest Treatment Fro Itching Red Rashes On Naval

I have a red rash in my navel. It began as an itch and the more I clean the worse it gets. stays red with couple small bumps on the outside. Early on I would dry and clean with alcohol and peroxide. I have used jock itch powder, then diaper rash cream, just started trying otc cortizone cream. I work out 4 days week and outside sweating every weekend. However after working out I shower to try and keep it clean....perhaps too clean. Any suggestions?
