Suggest Treatment Of Nausea, Abdominal Pain And Fatigue In A Depressed Person

My daughter is having symptoms of nausea, abdominal pain, fatigue, irritability. She has had the symptoms off and on for about a month. She has been diagnosed with depression and is currently taking zoloft and trazadone. She was also diagnosed with CMV in 2013 and it attacked her liver to the point she had to be hospitalized. When she was diagnosed with CMV she had similar symptoms.
