Suggest Treatment Of Vitiligo On Body

Hello Doctor, I am writing this for my brother in law. He is having vitiligo - on his hands, near to lips etc. He is very much worried about his. He had some ayurvedic, homoeopathic treatmnets and is undergone phototherapy also. But it is increasing now. I would like to know about the best treatmnet for this in Kerala, please advise.
