Suggest Treatment Procedure For Blood Clot In Heart

hello my niece who is 22 years old and married with a child of 1.5 years. when the child was 14 months, she complained of numbness and redness on right arm. She was still breast feeding. She went to Dr and was placed on lovonax injection and coumadin. It seems that she has been on coumadin since then as she started the same symptoms on other limbs. Last month, her symptoms has worsen such that she can not even walked. She got admitted to the hospital and after some testing, she was told that there is a 5 cm tumor in her liver and metastasize to her hip bones. Also there is blood clot on her heart which if dislodges she might die. It has been a very difficult situation at this point. they do not know where is the primary source of cancer at this time. what do you suggest. any light to this situation appreciated. thanks Jessica
