Suggest Treatment Procedure For Chronic Herniated Disc With Sciatica In Leg

hello, i am suffering from a chronic herniated disc with sciatica to my right leg. i tried till now four cortisone injection ,antiinfalammatory ,muscles relaxing etc.... accupuncture,massotherapie ,chiro with decomression vertebrale with computer nothing works.i don t know what to do.and i am afraid of the surgery .no doctor talked to me seriously about it because i can walk and i am not paralysed yet.what do you advice me to do.i Wake up every midnight with severe pain in my leg.please help me.....
