Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I had shoulder surgery done with a scope on 1/21/11 and had the stitches out yesterday morning. Two sets of stitches look nice and flat and good. One set in the front, where your fingers would fall if you were crossing your hand over your heart for the Pledge of Alligiance, looks red on either side of the incision and it's raised and seems hard and like a bump underneath? Is this something to worry about? Is this going to scar worse than the other two stitch sites? Anything I should put on it to help it heal? Please and thank you!
