Suggest Treatment Red And Hot Skin On Torso,back And Arms

I have sunburn like red and hot skin on my torso, back and arms. However, I was not in the sun? When I touch the skin, my fingerprint leaves a white mark like a sunburn would. I have been stressed the last few days and did have one night of drinking. Any thoughts on this condition?
