Suggest Treatment To A Discomfort In The Penis Post Fellatio

Hi, i recieved protected fellatio from a pros followed by penetration for under a minute with two condoms on. I was paranoid so just carried on wit protected fellatio. I found my penis to be slightly red after with very slight discomfort. Dont know if it was because of the fellatio or if i may have contracted hiv?
