Suggest Treatment To Attain Fair Skin

hello ! i wanted to know if it is safe for me to use panderm + cream for fairness ,as i have sensitive skin n i have not used this cream before. I would request you to suggest me any other effective cream for fairness in a short period of time if panderm + is not suitable for me.
