Suggest Treatment To Avoid Pregnancy

Hello, my boyfriend and I had sex on Wednesday night and used a condom. While we where having sex the condom broke and we didnt know. When he was finished thats when we noticed. Today I urinated and when I wiped there where pieces of the condom on the tissue. 2 to be exact. Do I need to go to a doctor and see if there are more pieces? Can it harm me? Will they just come out on their own? Please help. Thanks!
