Suggest Treatment To Conceive With High TSH

Hi Doctor,

Myself Ajay i am writing on behalf of my wife who is facing thyriod problem from over a year now because of which she is unable to conceive.

She is under medication from one of the Gynaec specialist but there is no outcome. Since the start of this year her TSH levels were 7.16 & from that day she was under medication but after 6 months her TSH levels have gone up to 21.382 eventhough she has been under regular treatment.





Initially the dose was Eltroxin 50 mcg but now since the TSH levels have gone up the doctor has increased the dose to Eltroxin 100 mcg.



Require your opinion & the way forward as to exactly what needs to be done because since there is no outcome we both are frustrated & are slowly heading towards depression.
