Suggest Treatment To Conceive With Irregular Periods

Hello doctor, I m 29 years old. I have irregular menses from the age of 23.After marrige i had taken contraceptive pills for 6 month. Then i conceive but after 9 weeks pregnancy, miscariage was done automatically. Doctors told me that it was due to septum present in my uterus. So i can done hysteroscopy for septum and ovaries drilling for PCOD. But now my menses was not regular after laproscopy nor i conceive a baby from last 3 years. Can u help me for this. Thank u.
