Suggest Treatment To Conceive With Regular Menstruation

Hi am Rufin Jenila female working as a research assistant in chennai.I was diagnosed pcos befor an year .so last month my marriage was completed on 26th may because of that i took metformin before 4 months.before two days i took scan and there is no eveidence of cyst in my uterus but the next day i got my periods my last period was 24th may i got periods on 19th this month.why i didnt concieve can i try this month?
