Suggest Treatment To Cure Cutaneous Vasculitis

Hi,this is payal from Bhatinda(Pb.).I am 28 years old.i am suffering from Cutaneous vasculitis since 2001 as observed by Dr.rohini handa(Senior consultant rheumatologist)New Delhi.Is there any permanent cure for this disease in all over the world.i have ulcers on my both ankels and suffering from pain.Mostly my OT/PT

seams to be raised to the level of 100-110.iwas suggested to take the help of any Gastroenterologist and asked for the ANA/SMA test....
